Client Concierge – Real Estate Operations

Location: Flemington, NJ (In-Person) Schedule: Part-Time / 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and polished Client Concierge to join our team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing "white-glove" support and ensuring a seamless, luxury experience. You will handle a variety of tasks—from managing high-value leads to maintaining a pristine office environment—all while helping our real estate advisors focus on what they do best: serving clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in both digital organization and physical facility aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Act as an ambassador for our brand. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, gather feedback on properties, and conduct follow-up reviews with a professional demeanor.
  • Lead Management: Meticulously categorize, nurture, and assign leads to the appropriate real estate advisors.
  • Digital Presence: Assist in maintaining our brand's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging posts.
  • Administrative & Facility Support: Ensure the facility is always "client-ready." This includes general administrative duties as well as light cleaning and organizing to keep our office environment spotless and inviting.
  • Coordination: Act as a vital liaison between advisors, clients, and other real estate professionals by contacting listing agents and verifying reservations.
  • Data Excellence: Utilize Google Suite, Zillow, and MLS tools to accurately enter and manage client information and property data.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing, luxury retail, or administrative role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Skills: * Proficiency with Google Suite and a natural comfort with Social Media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms (Zillow/MLS) is a significant plus.
  • Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated, and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of a first impression.

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Hours: 3 days per week from 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Pay: $15.30 per hour.
