Customer Service Representative

Overview
MZC Medical Supplies, LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing medical supply team. Duties

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist patients and providers with product information, order placement, and general questions
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems, including patient demographics, orders, and inventory notes
• Maintain organized records in compliance with Medicare and DMEPOS standards
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate issues as appropriate
• Support daily office operations, including filing, faxing, and document preparation
• Provide exceptional service while upholding company policies and patient confidentiality requirements

Skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer support and client service capabilities
• Proficient in data entry, typing, and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective outbound calling experience; call center experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
• Assist with customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous
• Strong analysis skills in a fast-paced environment
