Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support clinical operations at our Bremerton or Gig Harbor site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing treatment protocols, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates with knowledge in sexual trauma and exploitation, human trafficking, as well as Spanish speakers are highly valued.

Duties

  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to clinical team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and patient progress
  • Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment, including art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling
  • Assist in training sessions on new therapeutic techniques or updates in clinical protocols
  • Address complex cases requiring specialized intervention or consultation,
  • Maintain a caseload of 15-20 client hours weekly.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; licensure required
  • Proven experience in mental health treatment settings with supervisory responsibilities preferred
  • Familiarity with gender issues counseling and culturally competent care practices
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide clinical staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in patient care
  • Prior experience with regulatory compliance and documentation standards in healthcare settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74, $96,000.00 per year
