Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, supervising staff, and supporting overall office efficiency. The Office Manager will play a vital role in maintaining a professional and productive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting for staff and executives
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate event planning for meetings, company functions, or special events
  • Maintain filing systems and manage front desk duties including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
  • Ensure proper office supplies inventory management and procurement
  • Support medical office management if applicable, including patient scheduling and recordkeeping
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette
  • Strong event planning abilities for corporate meetings or special events
  • Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and human resources practices
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and recordkeeping
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to train team members and support their development

Pay: $52, $78,000.00 per year
