Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and payments.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to support sales growth.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and promotional activities.
