We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule — perfect for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans. You'll work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure continuity of care and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment according to the physician's plan of care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and regularly re-evaluate each patient's care plan.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to improve daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to promote coordinated, holistic care.
  • Accurately document all care, progress notes, and communication per agency policies.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, quality improvement activities, and in-service training.
  • Stay current with clinical best practices and evolving trends in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association or Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA.
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Passion for providing patient-centered, compassionate care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $75.00 per hour
