We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing Los Angeles office. Compensation:

$120,000 - $145,000 plus growth incentive bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of litigation from case inception through verdict, including investigation, discovery, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial
• Develop and execute case strategy with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with client goals and firm objectives
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage expert relationships with precision and professionalism
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, evidentiary hearings, and post-trial motions
• Collaborate with clients to provide case assessments, strategic advice, and timely updates on litigation developments

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active, in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in civil litigation
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Compassionate communication and commitment to client service
