Job Title: Business Analyst II - Rebate Forecast Tools
Location: Fully Remote
Est. Pay Range: $42.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
Position Summary

Would you like to make a significant impact in your next role, we are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager to join our dynamic PBM Forecasting team. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert on pharmaceutical rebates, supporting forecasting efforts through tool development and maintenance, contract interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Duties:
• Ensuring accurate and timely updates to forecasting models
• Maintain the legacy forecasting tools using VBA, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
• Interpret rebate contracts and update forecast model inputs accordingly
• Ensure quality control with testing of existing tools and resources
• Collaborate with Trade Finance, iTools, Underwriting, Data Science and PUMA support teams
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and implement new assumptions as required
• Consult on the development and implementation of Integrated Rebate Forecast (IRF), a new cloud-based forecasting tool to aid in the legacy tool decommission efforts
• Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Provide ongoing business product support for speculative rates used in forecasts
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, analytics, underwriting, or forecasting
• 2+ years of experience using SQL to analyze and manipulate large datasets
• 2+ years of advanced Excel modeling experience, including VBA proficiency
• Strong proficiency in Excel formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, array formulas, etc.)
• Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to draw actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in PBM underwriting or healthcare contracting
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field required
