Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to support our home care services through cold outbound calls. This role plays a key part in connecting seniors, adults with disabilities, and their families with information about home care services and guiding them toward next steps in the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of cold outbound calls to potential clients, referral sources, and community contacts
  • Introduce and explain home care services clearly and professionally
  • Assess basic needs and determine interest and eligibility for services
  • Schedule follow-up calls, intake appointments, or referrals to admissions staff
  • Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the system
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume and performance goals
  • Handle objections respectfully and maintain a positive, empathetic tone
  • Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center, sales, or outreach experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or call-tracking systems
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or social services is a plus
