Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to support our home care services through cold outbound calls. This role plays a key part in connecting seniors, adults with disabilities, and their families with information about home care services and guiding them toward next steps in the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of cold outbound calls to potential clients, referral sources, and community contacts
- Introduce and explain home care services clearly and professionally
- Assess basic needs and determine interest and eligibility for services
- Schedule follow-up calls, intake appointments, or referrals to admissions staff
- Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the system
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and performance goals
- Handle objections respectfully and maintain a positive, empathetic tone
- Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous call center, sales, or outreach experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or call-tracking systems
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or social services is a plus
