Experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Needed

You will coordinate and direct maintenance activities, including repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, perform, and assign maintenance team to perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
  • A/C and heating systems
  • Appliances
  • Interior/exterior lights
  • Boiler, gas, and electric systems
  • Pool areas and equipment
• Communicate assignments to the maintenance team, monitor progress, and provide coaching and advice.
• Ensure maintenance team members have complete instructions, supplies, tools, and safety equipment to complete tasks properly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all safety processes are followed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

Three years' experience in apartment maintenance.

Supervisory experience preferred.

HVAC Certification.

Valid driver's license required.
