We are seeking a highly skilled Working Foreman looking for long-term, full-time employment with a well-established company known for its exceptional quality and smart design.

We work exclusively in San Francisco and down the Peninsula, offering consistent work and limited travel time.

The Opportunity: Lead, Build, and Finish

This role requires a true master craftsman who is ready to lead small crews while executing the most critical and detailed phases of construction. You will be the primary technical leader on site, ensuring the finished product meets our company's exacting standards for quality and workmanship.

Core Responsibilities

• Hands-On Finish Expertise (A Must): Expertly perform all phases of residential remodeling, with a core focus on impeccable finish work, including:
• Flawless installation of custom Cabinetry, Casework, and Architectural Trim.
• Precision Tile Setting (floors, showers, complex patterns).
• Installation of high-end Doors and Windows.
• Site Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and work alongside a small crew, delegating tasks and enforcing safety and company policies.
• Production Management: Read and interpret plans and drawings to understand the scope of work. Follow project schedules, hit production goals, and keep the job flowing smoothly.
• Tech Proficiency: Utilize our construction management applications (e.g., scheduling, time tracking) to ensure efficiency and clear communication.
• Quality & Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and clean job site. Interact with clients with courtesy, addressing immediate concerns and ensuring the finished project exceeds expectations.
• Self-Management: Work independently with minimum direct supervision while coordinating seamlessly with the Project Manager and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a foreman or lead carpenter in high-end residential remodeling.
• Deep proficiency in all phases of construction and exceptional attention to detail in finishes.
• Must have a reliable Truck and a complete set of Professional Tools.
• Ability to enforce company policies and procedures on site.
• A strong, professional work ethic and a desire for long-term commitment.
