Duties

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Must have transportation to and from job
• Support banquet and event setups by ensuring all dishware and serving items are clean and ready for service.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleanup during busy service periods.
• Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold the highest standards of sanitation throughout the kitchen and dishwashing areas.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to assist with food preparation or bussing as needed during peak hours.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have 2 year dishwasher experience and restaurant work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 21 per week
