What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and local law enforcement when appropriate during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Maintain awareness of site-specific hazards and report any potential security-related concerns to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
