Proposal and Pricing Coordinator

Imagine360 is seeking a Proposal and Pricing Coordinator to join the team The ideal candidate will have proven track record in planning, producing, and delivering pricing documents within a complex business environment. This role requires expertise in coordinating internal sales stakeholders, identifying and escalating complex scenarios, and managing pricing documents throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Position Location:100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate in the end-to-end pricing development process for new business quoting, ensuring adherence to all of the customer requirements, including deadlines, format, and content.
• Analyze RFPs and RFIs for pricing requirements in detail and communicate potential roadblocks, custom or complex pricing, needed leadership review, etc. to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with the production and delivery of all new business pricing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establishes, distributes, and manages pricing milestones driving towards established deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with and escalate pricing changes and revenue calculations.
• Ability to communicate cross functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation relevant to pricing in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in pricing calls and other miscellaneous meetings when needed.
• Use Salesforce for the generation of standard proposal, inclusive of content and pricing as applicable.
• Generation of proposal tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Sales data structure in Salesforce and how it integrates with other areas/functions.
• Update quotes to capture approved revenue and pricing adjustments.
• Identify opportunities with our Sales technology team to that could be implemented to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Understanding and application of the end-to-end pricing process.

Required Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 3+ years of related professional experience OR 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience managing complex pricing scenarios.
• Salesforce experience.
• Preferred experience in the health insurance industry.
• Preferred Project Management experience.

• Ability to review, understand, and summarize RFP, RFI, and RFQ pricing requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple quote requests simultaneously.
