Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed during busy shifts to support kitchen operations.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with nightclub environments is a plus, showcasing versatility in various dining settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
