POWERSPORTS GENERAL MANAGER

ROLE SUMMARY:

The General Manager will lead the launch of Edge Performance Sports – Mountain Home., Idaho. This role oversees all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, customer experience, staffing, financial performance, and overall culture. You will be the driving force behind opening a world-class dealership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead day-to-day dealership operations

• Build and coach a high-performing team

• Manage sales goals, financial performance, and KPIs

• Oversee customer experience and dealership culture

• Develop local marketing and community involvement strategies

• Work closely with OEM partners (Can-Am, CFMOTO, Ski-Doo)

• Execute store opening milestones

• Maintain compliance with policies, processes, and best practices

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven powersports or automotive leadership experience

• Strong sales management background

• Highly organized, driven, and customer-focused

• Ability to build culture and lead from the front

• Comfortable with fast growth and high expectations
