What You'll Do:

• Assess residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques to improve physical function and prevent injuries.
• Maintain accurate records and document progress effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation or a similar setting (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
