Avante Plastic Surgery is looking for an experienced PRN Surgical Technologist to join our team Our ambulatory surgery center specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery, providing a high-end, patient-focused experience.

About the Role:

As a PRN Surgical Tech, you will assist in surgical procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and support the surgeon and OR team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for plastic surgery procedures
• Assist the surgeon during procedures with instrument handling and sterile techniques
• Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with the surgical team to uphold the highest standards of patient care
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Minimum of 2yrs experience
• Experience in plastic surgery is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgeon needs
• Ability to catch on quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, team-oriented, and committed to patient safety and care
• PRN availability with flexible scheduling
