Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to support an enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). This role will manage
2–5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects
across the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate applies
PMP-based methodologies
within a structured enterprise governance environment and demonstrates strong stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise IT projects through
  Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closing
• Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Define project success criteria and measurable business benefits
• Lead all core project management activities, including:
• Discovery and initiation
• Detailed planning and scheduling
• Resource coordination
• Risk, issue, and change management
• Communications and status reporting
• Project closeout and benefits realization
• Develop and maintain required project artifacts such as:
• Business cases and project charters
• Stakeholder and communication plans
• Risk and issue registers
• Detailed project schedules with milestones
• Status reports and dashboards
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews and approvals
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, and risk; initiate change requests as needed
• Provide executive-level reporting using enterprise PPM and analytics tools
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, governance requirements, and delegated approval authorities

• Approved business cases and project charters
• Comprehensive project management plans
• Detailed, milestone-driven project schedules
• Stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Regular project status reports and dashboards
• Risk and issue logs with mitigation strategies
• Approved change requests (as applicable)
• Project closeout documentation, including lessons learned and benefits realization

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification (required)
  – active or inactive (please include date received)
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Proven experience managing
  multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, and schedule/cost control
• Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to adapt communication style across all organizational levels
• 1+ year of experience
  delivering web content management and/or marketing automation projects
• Proficiency with project management tools such as:
• ServiceNow PPM
• Microsoft Project
• SAP BPC
• Atlassian Align
• Power BI experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with
  Agile frameworks
  and/or Agile certification

Work Requirements

• Must work exclusively within the United States
• Reliable internet connectivity required
• Availability for meetings between
  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
• Hybrid schedule with onsite presence one designated day per week
