LIKELION is a global education and startup community empowering future builders through technology, entrepreneurship, and cross-border innovation. Our U.S. team leads large-scale events, accelerator programs, and partnerships across universities, enterprises, and the startup ecosystem.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can support key events, internal operations, and research activities while growing with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of major events and programs.

Assist participating startups, partners, and vendors throughout event operations.

Provide operational and administrative support for various internal functions within the LIKELION.

Conduct research on the startup ecosystem, trends, and internal strategic topics; prepare summaries or reports as needed.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving organizational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in event operations, program coordination, or community management.

Legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident/green card holder, or valid work visa).

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).

Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Interest in startups, technology, or education is a plus.
