About The Role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer – Custody to join our Institutional Engineering Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance custody solutions that safeguard digital assets for institutional and enterprise clients. As part of a globally distributed team, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering next-generation crypto custody and settlement services, ensuring the integrity, security, and resilience of our platform. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining backend microservices using TypeScript and , integrating with blockchain networks and external systems, and contributing to frontend applications with React and You will work closely with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the crypto ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about secure system design, distributed architectures, and making a tangible impact in the digital assets space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack or backend engineering, preferably within high-scale, high-availability systems
• Expert-level proficiency in and TypeScript, with practical experience using frameworks such as NestJS
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and CQRS/DDD design patterns
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication systems
• Strong experience with SQL databases, schema design, and performance optimization
• Solid knowledge of React, modern frontend practices, and state management tools like React Query and Context API
• Experience with , Tailwind CSS, and component-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Splunk
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively in distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to design and implement secure, scalable custody solutions
• Develop and maintain backend microservices in TypeScript and , supporting custody, staking, and wallet services
• Integrate blockchain networks and external systems to facilitate asset movements, transactions, and key management workflows
• Contribute to frontend applications built with React and , ensuring operational visibility and seamless user experience
• Design and develop event-driven systems utilizing Kafka for real-time data processing and inter-service communication
• Write reusable, efficient, and testable code adhering to high standards for performance, observability, and fault tolerance
• Participate in technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of services throughout their lifecycle from RFCs and design to deployment and maintenance
• Optimize data models, APIs, and distributed architectures to improve system performance and reliability
