Position Available: High-Rise Security/Concierge Agent
This position(s) being offered is in our High-Rise Security/Concierge Division.
All applicants MUST be Nashville based.
Position(s) Available: 3rd shift (full & part time)

BPA seeks qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds who can bring their expertise to our mission. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise security operations.
-Preferred backgrounds include Residential, Corporate, Technology, Military, or Law Enforcement Protective Security Details (PSD).
Exemplary personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to follow protocols and work within a structured chain of command.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and drug-free, with the ability to pass a physical readiness test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, 800m run).
Willingness to undergo pre-employment background investigations, polygraph testing, and random drug tests.
Valid Tennessee Guard Card and Firearms Permit (both required).
Reside within commuting distance to the greater Nashville area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Enforce all assigned rules, policies, and procedures.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the assigned site, including streets and amenities.
Work various shifts as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Assist in data collection and reporting of statistical information.
Ensure compliance with entry requirements and respond to non-emergency calls for service.
Monitor and respond to fire/rescue calls as needed.
Enforce HOA CC&Rs, document violations, and maintain detailed reports of activities, incidents, and policy violations.
Patrol assigned sites, including buildings, roadways, and amenities, to prevent criminal or unacceptable conduct.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, even in challenging situations.
Collaborate with local enforcement and public agencies when necessary.
Perform all other duties as required by the operations division.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is passionate about security and safety and resides within commuting distance of Nashville. Key skills include exceptional customer service, strong communication, critical thinking, analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of risk management principles. Candidates must demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and integrity while handling sensitive topics and risks. Relevant experience may include executive protection, alarm/camera operations, residential security, and emergency response.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and self-defense skills.
Attention to detail and situational awareness.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
Fluency in additional languages and industry certifications (preferred).
