We're seeking a creative, results-driven professional to join our team and drive client acquisition through strategic marketing and engaging social media presence.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Project and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives while managing our social media channels. Your primary goal will be to attract and convert high-quality leads—franchisees, franchisors, CEOs, and entrepreneurs—into coaching clients. This is a hands-on role combining project management, content strategy, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position is (full-time/part-time/remote/hybrid – specify as needed).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and fill coaching programs/masterminds.
  • Manage all social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X/Twitter), including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions) that aligns with our brand voice: motivational, strategic, no-fluff, and focused on leadership transformation, mindset shifts, and franchise growth.
  • Plan and execute marketing projects, such as email campaigns, webinars, lead magnets, video series launches, and paid ad funnels.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Run targeted paid social media ads to drive traffic to landing pages, opt-ins, and discovery calls.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and building community to nurture relationships and foster trust.
  • Collaborate on content ideas drawn from coaching themes (e.g., "Comfort is Killing Your Growth," identity upgrades, relentless purpose).
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, social algorithms, and best practices in the coaching/franchise industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or project coordination, preferably in coaching, personal development, or B2B services.
  • Proven track record of growing social media audiences and generating leads through organic and paid channels.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva for graphics, Hootsuite/Buffer for scheduling, CapCut or similar for video editing).
  • Experience with paid ads on Meta platforms, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft motivational, authentic content that resonates with entrepreneurs and leaders.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data analysis and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., ConvertKit, Mailchimp) and funnel building is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote/small-team environment.
  • Passion for personal growth, leadership coaching, or the franchise industry is highly desirable.
