Executive Assistant

Position Overview

The Bryan Yard Dogs are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Assistant Intern to support the General Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role offers behind-the-scenes exposure to team leadership, operations, and decision-making within a growing sports organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
• Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
• Help organize and track projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Assist with game-day operations and logistics as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Support various departments and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications 

• Seeking a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Majoring in business, communications, public administration, or any related fields
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including game days
• Ability to keep information confidential
