The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, understanding client criteria, and finding suitable living spaces for prospective buyers. You will negotiate rent and navigate buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Our Agents have access to well-rounded training at any stage of their career, managing broker support 7 days per week, in-house marketing department to save them time, tech coach, vacation coverage options, ability to participate in corporate relo program if they qualify, access to e-leads, mentorship for newer agents, showing coverage program, favorable comp plans tailored to the person, and more.

The average Colorado real estate GCI was $70K in 2021. The average Your Castle agent made $115K Marketing and training matters. We would like to extend the opportunity to discuss how our unique tools, training, and technology can help you achieve your real estate goals

Responsibilities

• Stage and show living spaces
• Advertise and market living spaces
• Find and reach out to new prospects
• Discover clients' criteria and find suitable living spaces
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

Qualifications

• Ideally, 1-2 years of sales experience
• Have a Colorado Real Estate license or be willing to obtain it
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• Real Estate License (preferred)
