Thursday- Sunday AFTERNOON 32 Hours

Friday-Tuesday OVERNIGHT

Wednesday and Thursday OVERNIGHT PART TIME 16 hours

Position

We are seeking vigilant, warm, and dependable Security Guards to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests at a high-profile, ultra-luxury residential property in Miami. This position offers an opportunity to work in an upscale setting, where exceptional hospitality and customer service are just as important as security.

Key Responsibilities

Access Control: Monitor and control entry to the property, verifying identities and authorizations as needed to ensure only authorized personnel and residents enter the premises.

Patrol Duties: Conduct regular foot patrols of the property, ensuring all security protocols are followed and reporting any unusual activity or potential safety hazards.

Customer Service and Hospitality: Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver a high level of hospitality while being respectful of residents' privacy.

Incident Response: Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents, handling each situation according to company policies and property protocols.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.

Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately during emergencies, including fire, medical, or other security situations, and follow emergency procedures and client protocols.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior security experience preferred, especially in residential or luxury settings.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Requirements

• Valid security license for the state of Florida
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
