Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with Pizza Ranch's brand standards and long-term business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor general managers and leadership teams to consistently achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure operational excellence across all locations by maintaining high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and new restaurant openings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, control costs, and elevate the guest experience through data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, leading negotiations to secure favorable terms that support operational and growth objectives.
• Lead and manage projects such as new store openings, remodels, and major operational changes, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and customer feedback, adjusting strategies to maximize performance and results.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading multiple restaurant or hospitality locations with a strong record of operational and financial success.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that translate vision into measurable results.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing management teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in business development, market analysis, and regional growth strategy.
• Solid project management skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, food safety, and industry best practices; regulatory familiarity is a plus.
