Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dining operations, ensuring outstanding service standards, and supporting the management team in leading, training, and motivating staff. This role plays a key part in maintaining a high level of member satisfaction and operational efficiency across all dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in dining rooms, lounges, and event spaces.
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to deliver superior member service.
  • Ensure all service areas are properly set, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to service standards.
  • Assist with event execution, including private functions, banquets, and club events.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage coordination.
  • Handle member inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining, resort, or private club environment.
  • Some banquet/event experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding member service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and beverage service standards preferred.
  • Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
