About the Opportunity
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Office Support Professionals to join our team and provide essential support across multiple departments. These temporary roles play a key part in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring accuracy in administrative processes for a major regional organization.
Successful candidates will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks—from scheduling and document management to internal communications and executive assistance.

- Administrative Assistant

- Inventory Clerk
What You Will Do:
- Deliver professional administrative support to managers, supervisors, and department teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and support event logistics
- Prepare and edit memos, reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance
- Perform data entry, document processing, and record retention tasks
- Support office operations such as supply tracking, inventory management, and reception duties
- Assist with email correspondence, workflow coordination, and project-based tasks as assigned
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and strong customer service in all interactions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–5 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
