Job Title: Customer Service / Kitchen Crew

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Truck Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should possess strong cleaning and organization skills, be bilingual (English and Spanish), and have a passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food experiences. As a member of our food truck team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile eatery. In addition to your hourly wage, tips will also be added to your pay.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Cooking and Food Preparation:
• Prepare a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and appealing manner.
• Maintain quality and consistency in food preparation.
• Cleaning and Sanitation:
• Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area, cooking equipment, and utensils.
• Regularly clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness inside and around the food truck.
• Organization:
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow during busy periods.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Bilingual Communication:
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in translating menu items and interacting with diverse customer groups.
• Cash Handling:
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems.
• Provide customers with correct change and issue receipts as required.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Assist in training new team members on food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong cleaning and sanitation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $ $450.00 per week (including tips)
