Radiant Direct Primary Care is a holistic primary care clinic in Heath, TX. We are committed to delivering warm, patient-centered care in a calm, supportive environment. We are seeking a dependable and friendly Medical Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Medical Assistant will support patient care and basic administrative needs to help the clinic operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Tasks:

• Take vitals
• Document patient histories in the EMR
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, glucose, etc.)
• Administer injections or vaccines (if certified)

Administrative Tasks:

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect payments
• Assist with patient communication and follow-up
• Manage lab orders and communicate results

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA/CCMA) preferred
• Previous primary care experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and reliable

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
