We are seeking a motivated Service Tech to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in water and mold remediation, along with on-the-job training, professional development, and opportunities to advance to Lead Technician, Project Manager, or even General Manager.

• Entry-level candidates welcome; previous experience in restoration is a plus
• Ability to work in respirators and Tyvek suits
• Physical ability to lift 65 lbs and perform tasks in hot or challenging environments
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow professionally
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify for increased pay

• Assist Lead Technicians in water mitigation and mold remediation projects
• Document daily job progress including moisture readings, photos, and reports
• Maintain and clean company service vehicles and equipment
• Safely demolish non-salvageable materials and lift up to 65 lbs in varying conditions
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about job progress, the insurance process, and drying/remediation procedures
• Utilize company apps to draw and maintain accurate job documentation
