Job Summary
The STEPSADA Compliance and Document Accessibility Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that all digital documents—particularly PDFs—across the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment websites meet federal accessibility standards.
This position will review, remediate and maintain accessible digital content while supporting faculty, staff and departmental units in understanding and applying accessibility best practices.
This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring strong technical ability, meticulous quality control and a commitment to creating an inclusive digital environment for all users.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and other accessibility tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and document organization.
Ability to manage large volumes of documents and complex workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
