We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and possess the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and leading a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

SUNDAY - MONDAY (ALL DAY)
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY (4 - CLOSE)
Duties
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining the restaurant's unique style.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper food storage procedures to minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to promote teamwork and enhance culinary skills.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service periods to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety standards and inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability in shift management and team leadership within a culinary environment.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate menu items that delight customers.
