Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the hotel's high standards of hygiene.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood floors.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry standards is highly desirable.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
