Team Member/ Scooper

Join our team We're looking for upbeat, positive Crew Members who are excited to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. You'll prepare desserts, manage guest transactions, and help keep our store running smoothly. If you enjoy a lively work environment and love sweets, this role is a great fit

Daily Tasks Include:

• Prepare and serve dessert items with precision and consistency
• Maintain a tidy and organized workstation, including ice cream prep area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Process customer payments through the register system
• Keep checkout counters neat and ready for the next guest
• Deliver friendly service, helping guests with questions or concerns
• Work closely with other team members to keep the store running smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is outgoing and enjoys talking to people in a welcoming way
• Can make suggestions or promote new items to guests
• Can calmly resolve guest concerns and offer solutions
• Has experience in a retail or food service setting (a plus, not a must)
• Knows or is eager to learn basic cake decorating skills
• Stays focused and works efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Understands basic math and can manage simple transactions
• Can comfortably stand for long periods
