We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / PPC Operator to join our marketing and growth team. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into campaign data, optimizing paid media performance, automating reporting workflows, and transforming analytics insights into ROI-driving strategy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with A/B testing, marketing analytics, PPC platforms, and dashboarding — and is excited to own the full lifecycle of digital campaign optimization.

Responsibilities PPC & Paid Media Optimization

  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy optimization, and creative testing.
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall funnel performance.
  • Implement data-driven recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and reduce blended CPA.

A/B Testing & Experimentation

  • Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel A/B and multivariate tests (email, paid search, landing pages).
  • Define control/treatment groups, test variables, and statistical significance frameworks.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Build scalable experimentation frameworks for ongoing marketing optimization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, Google Analytics) to visualize KPIs such as traffic, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, ROI, and LTV.
  • Standardize weekly and monthly reporting processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate data from GA4, CRM systems, ad platforms, BigQuery, and other internal data sources.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within customer journeys and marketing funnels.

Customer Segmentation & Attribution

  • Conduct customer segmentation using RFM, AOV, category mix, and retention behavior.
  • Build cohort analyses to identify high-value audiences and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Support attribution modeling across paid, organic, email, and referral sources.
  • Provide insights that improve acquisition, retention, and budget allocation efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Data Science, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong experience in marketing analytics, PPC operations, or digital performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with:
  • Tableau (Certified)
  • SQL / MySQL
  • Python
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Ads
  • Social Ads
  • Excel (advanced)
  • PowerBI
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, or Shopify.
  • Understanding of data engineering tools (BigQuery, Spark, Hadoop, AWS/GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience improving CTR, conversion rate, or CPL through structured testing.
  • Experience automating reporting workflows or reducing manual reporting time through dashboards.
  • Experience with e-commerce or B2B digital marketing analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58, $77,000.00 per year
