3rd Shift Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing guest relations and enhancing their overall experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
• Assist in managing billing processes and ensure all charges are accurate before guests depart.
• The Ability to do laundry , clean , and set up breakfast .

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential traits for success in this role.
