See the following details regarding this role's main duties:

• Carry out all responsibilities of Barista/Cashier/Bartender
• Participate in creating a positive work environment
• Sincerely greet and thank each customer
• Take customer orders confidently and efficiently; focus on customer service as priority over tasking; fulfill customers requests to the best of your ability
• Process sales transactions
• Accept payments; accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints about products and/or services in a polite and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
• Be assertive in hand selling wine, beer, retail, etc to customers
• Deliver a standard of disciplined, high quality, high paced daily working and shopping conditions
• Maintain replenishment of appropriate food service and retail items
• Ensure that all retail, dry goods, food, other items are stored properly following 'First In, First Out'
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure communication with teammates for timing and preparation of menu items, to-go orders, 86'd items, etc
• Maintain cash drawer to standard quantity with appropriate bills and change
• Reconcile cash drawer and sales receipts, and compile sales/tip deposit for scheduled shift
• Maintain cleanliness of shop ie/bus and wipe tables, sweep, assist with dishes,etc
• Assist with barista prep, coffee/tea inventory, and N/A drink development

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
