What You'll Focus On

• Design and develop highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems on AWS to support rapid data and customer growth
• Build AI-powered clinical workflows automating medical data processing across thousands of healthcare providers
• Mentor and lead junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
• Partner closely with product teams to translate business problems into high-quality, performant system designs

Who You Are

• 4+ years backend software engineering experience with proficient Python, TypeScript, and AWS skills
• Experience in high-growth B2B startups preferred, with a passion for taking ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges
• Skilled at mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
