What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit programs
  • Drive financial performance-occupancy, rent collection, and budgets
  • Lead and develop your on-site team
  • Manage maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Champion LSA's mission in every interaction


What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in multifamily housing
  • 1+ year managing LIHTC programs
  • 1+ year as a Community Manager
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Experience with RealPage software (preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; occasional Saturdays
