Primary Objectives:

Agenda Health is seeking a proactive, polished, and highly organized Associate to oversee the full lifecycle of our M&A transactions, from pre-listing valuations through closing. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for both sellers and buyers throughout the Go-To-Market process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the valuation process for clients.
  • Maintain a weekly review cadence with your analyst to assess all deals under management.
  • Hold consistent weekly touchpoints with sellers and triweekly touchpoints with buyers to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Facilitate all interactions between sellers and buyers during the Go-To-Market and due diligence phases.
  • Serve as the primary driver of transaction outcomes, leveraging internal resources and cross-team support as needed to ensure successful closings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    Demonstrated deal experience is
    required
    — in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or a related transaction-oriented role. Applications without clear deal experience will not be considered.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include finance, business, or economics.
  • Location:
    Ability to commute to our Austin, TX office Monday through Friday.
  • Technology:
    Access to a personal laptop and phone; proficiency with CRM systems preferred.
  • Licensing:
    Series 63 required or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment (company will provide support).

  • High-level accounting knowledge is an important differentiator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions at once
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred understanding of accounting and financial statement fundamentals
  • Proactive, vigilant, and solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation:

Base salary range:
$75,000 – $150,000
, commensurate with experience.
