Kitchen Staff- Chef, Sous chef

Overview
We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our COFFEE SHOP for kitchen staff located in China town, Los Angeles near union station.

Required Days- Saturday and Sunday.

8:30 AM–5:00 PM, or if you prefer a shorter afternoon shift, you can work a time slot before 5:00 PM—for example, 3:30 PM–5:00 PM.

Previous experiences in cooking and strong cleaning are required.

Responsibilities

• In charge cook and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces including deep cleaning if needed

Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
