Position: Medical Receptionist - Arvada

On-Site: 100%

Full Position Salary Range: $22.08/hour - $23.78/hour

Starting Pay: Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $22.08/hour - $23.08/hour

Additional Pay: +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)

Schedule: Part Time; ~ hours/week; Non-Exempt; Benefits Eligible

Monday & Tuesday: 9am - 7pm

Wednesday: 8am - 6pm

Every other Saturday: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Snapshot: You will spend much of your day on your feet and on the move. You will support the clinician in providing care through direct patient contact such as vitals, phlebotomy, and equipment sterilization, etc. You will be required to operate in a highly regulated medical and laboratory environment, keeping strict confidentiality, infection control, and medical protocols. You will lift boxes and unpack supplies. You will work with vulnerable patient populations

Union: This role is represented by SEIU, Local 105 and is governed by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must obtain and maintain BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire

Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:

Medical Reception: You will be the face of the health center, welcoming patients and visitors, upholding security protocols, and facilitating accurate patient records and billing.
