Role Overview

As a Senior Glazing Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in Company's growth by delivering precise, competitive bids and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to shape high-performance building envelopes.

Responsibilities

 Analyze architectural drawings, specs, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates

 Prepare detailed takeoffs and bid packages for curtain wall, storefront, and specialty glazing systems

 Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective solutions

 Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align scope and execution

 Maintain estimating documentation and support continuous workflow improvement

 Participate in strategic planning and client presentations as needed

Qualifications

 5+ years of experience in commercial glazing estimating

 Proficiency in Bluebeam, PartnerPak, or comparable estimating platforms

 Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass types, and installation methods

 Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills

 Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and retrofit strategies is a plus

 Ability to use output from our estimating software and M/S Excel spread sheets
