Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in front desk operations, guest relations, and hotel management. A passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
• Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each day.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest needs are met promptly.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
