Realty Income is seeking a Strategy & Insights – Part Time Data Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the accessibility and usability of our proprietary tenant data, significantly improving visibility through advanced analytics and visualization. Your actionable insights will enable our Credit, Asset Management, and Acquisition teams to proactively identify and mitigate tenant credit events from occurring. By streamlining business processes and automating reporting, you will empower the team to concentrate on high-impact activities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will lead colleagues in adopting and integrating new technologies to elevate our operational capabilities.

What You Will Be Working On
Strategy & Insights Operations

• Collaboration: Work closely within the department to gain a deep understanding of processes, working alongside the senior associate to help develop protocols workings of the Strategy & Insights Department and how to streamline them.
• Automation: Learn and develop systems utilizing learning experience in python paired with Snowflake (Cortex) to automate reports and processes.
• Technology Integration: Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes, ensuring the department stays ahead of industry trends and stays agile in leveraging new tools to drive efficiency and innovation (LLMs, RAG, Etc)
• Data Integrity: Support the testing and validation of new data ingestion pipelines to ensure tenant and financial data loaded into Snowflake is accurate, complete, and high quality.
• Data Visualization: Leverage proprietary data to design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision making.

What We're Looking For

• Education: B.S. or B.A in Computer Science or Data Analytics.
• Experience: 0-2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Financial: Basic understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement).
• Problem-Solving: Passion for problem-solving and enjoys tackling challenges with out-of-the-box solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in excel and Power BI, with familiarity with Snowflake, Python, LLMs, RAG, and Salesforce.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technological solutions to non-technical people.
• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proven ability to independently learn new skills and technologies to identify innovative solutions to complex challenges

This hybrid position is based in our San Diego (Del Mar Heights) headquarters. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office for collaboration, with the opportunity to work remote on Monday and Friday. For candidates outside San Diego and surrounding counties remote working options may be available.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20-22.

Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
