Responsibilities of the Water/Wastewater Practice Leader:

We are seeking a qualified professional with a strong foundation in the analysis and design of water and wastewater systems. This leadership position involves managing a team of talented engineers, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater systems. Strong relationships with municipal organizations and regulatory agencies are highly valued to support business development initiatives and project success.

Requirements of the Water/Wastewater Practice Leader:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active or attainable Professional Engineer licensure in Arizona.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in designing water and wastewater systems.
• Experience in master planning and design for facilities, including but not limited to treatment plants, pipelines, pump and lift stations, storage tanks, and groundwater wells.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment and oversee technical work to meet client expectations.
• Skilled in planning, organization, supervision, and effective communication (oral and written).
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality project outcomes.
• Ability to identify critical project paths and maintain proactive planning for timely and successful completion.
• Accountability for performance metrics and the quality of designs developed by the team.
