What You'll Do Day-To-Day:
- Perform standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks, resolution of field problems, and resolution of quality events.
- Develop awareness of government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards with support of senior staff.
- Under a mentor's guidance, evaluate, select and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making minor adaptations and modifications.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
- Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
- Exposure to use of CAD modeling and computer programming skills.

You may have also acquired the following skills:
- Mechanical and construction familiarity (including piping, electrical knowledge, equipment layout and testing and commissioning of new processes and equipment).
- Performs non-standard engineering, varied and standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks and resolution of field problems and resolution of quality events.
- Machine design and manufacturing methods experience (Process equipment design, HVAC system design, Machining, Sheetmetal, Welding, Forming etc.)
- Performs standard engineering assignments with guidance from a mentor on most assignments and solutions. With support from senior engineers, evaluates, selects and applies a variety of technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making adaptations and modifications for tasks previously performed and special projects as assigned.
- Good communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical data (meetings, email, presentations, customer deliverables) and is able to adapt with flexibility.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Previous internship/co-op experience in field of study

- Salary: $77, $92,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
