Quality Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
1.Implemented raw materials, in processes, final products and outgoing inspection according to the standards, inspection methods and inspection procedures stipulated in the inspection work instruction

2.Issued relevant reports required for product release

according to customer and regulatory requirements

3.Conducted regular audit of the whole production process in accordance with regulations and company management requirements, Analyzed audit findings, and monitored the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.

4.Recorded the original inspection data with official inspection format. Make and regularly analyzed and reported to the quality situation

5.Identified and isolated nonconforming products, issued nonconforming product form, and supported in the verification and treatment of nonconforming products.

6.Participated the purchase, use and scrapping of quality inspection instruments, and conducted the maintenance of quality inspection instruments

1. Managed all controlled documents and records within the company in accordance with the document management SOP

2. Participated to establish and optimize inspection standards and related management systems, and trained the quality management documents to relevant departments

3. Collected and put forward quality improvement suggestions ,and leaded and participated in quality improvement

Note: Chinese language skill is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
